Christmas in July (July 17th) program provides an afternoon of Bingo, Root-Beer Floats, cockies and gifts for residents of the Ohio Veteran Homes in Sandusky and Georgetown. Sons of AMVETS started the Christmas in July as part of the Department of Ohio's VAVS program. The event is held on the Sunday closest to July 25th. We are proud to welcome the AMVETS and Ladies Auxiliary to this program. With their support the program has grown in contributions and will continue to be successful.
